Chef Paula Marie Escuerdo is a licensed private chef in new mexico specialzing in tradional native new mexican cuisine.
With years of experience under her belt, her culinary journey began at her mother's elbow which includes over 150 recipes passed down through generations such as beans, chile, tortilla, enchiladas, natillas, posole, carne adovada, arroz, empanadas, biscochitos and beyond.

Chef Paula has carried forward her family's culinary legacy through a historical cookbook (coming soon!) and wants to share it with you!

Our Santa Fe location is currently offering full on-site catering services throughout the Northern New Mexico area and for you do-it-yourselfers out there, we also offer freshly made Veggie, Slider, Fruit, Cheese and custom made Charcuterie Platters.
